The more abstract the medium is the more release from the mind structure or tightness. Creativity flows in this open space of the mind that is engaged in abstract work. As that space is strengthened and enlarged it allows for the energy of knowing to emerge. This source energy may lead you to a new creative medium so that the creativity is being fed, it is opening up a space within us that the source knowing energy can utilise. These Universal truths are for everybody not just the religious, or spiritual. I have learned since that prayer is indeed a journey towards that inner alignment, it can be a letting go of the situation, and for myself it happened powerfully on an experiential level and it is then we find us ourselves suddenly experiencing an inner peace one that goes beyond the mind, whilst at the same time we have linked in to experiencing the gift of faith which is within us.
