Yesterday I spoke about prayer, about the embodiment of prayer, being part of that opening process to experiencing an inner alignment to our Universal inner truth.
For those of you that have not experienced an opening into Truth/Grace…. an experiential shift….. or if your are religious you might even call it a “Born Again Experience” whatever language it is that fits for you, hopefully my posts will leave you pondering a little perhaps even experiencing a slight sense of longing or uneasiness deep within you, which will probably be quickly covered by a thought process that says the equivalent to “she is crazy” which will quickly still the voice that may lead you towards a deeper spiritual journey.
As I finished my post yesterday it came to me that dreams too can become a little like the form of prayer on a verbal level, sometimes leaving you with a sense of hopelessness, the not knowing how to bring forth your dream, leaving you with a sense of being on the outside of the dream, as with the prayer.
I spoke about the ability of sometimes having to let go of the control of the mind, and, like myself, sometimes you need support to help you to experience that true letting go which then allows you to experience a deep peace within. Or you may have your own supportive and creative medium such as doodling which allows for the logic mind to take a rest.
Whatever way you choose, it is then you find yourself coming from a different space within. There is an inner stillness. The mind which concentrates on the frustrations, the failures, all sorts of thought forms which will keep you in the future or the past, has lost its power. It might only be a momentarily inner shift that you experience, but that is where you need to build from. That is where you step into a knowing, you find a way in which the embodiment of your dream will suddenly find its wheels.
Embodiment is something that we do on so many different levels all the way through our life. Often it can happen on an unconscious level. As we move deeper into our chosen form of embodiment it is then that the dream finds its unique passageway through you. It is then your gifts come more fully to light as you continue in that journey of embodiment. It becomes an authentic journey.
Ego falls away as we allow the dream to be worked through us. Many of us give up to early, allowing the mind to move us out of the embodiment of our dream and then, as I say, it becomes again like sitting on the outside of prayer.
